According to Ms Jinnie Gogia Chugh “The fitness is a lifestyle, don’t follow it merely for fashion or for race. It is for your health, for your longevity and for your productivity. Managing or sacrifying just 15 to 20 minutes for yourself from your unprivileged work like social media, TV, it is not a difficult task to improve your health manifold. Some physical activity should be there. I am strong followers of weight training always but some people are against going to gym at all but it is very personal choice. One can do aerobic, body exercise etc. which will be added benefit for you. One should be watchful about diet. People are not aware what should be eaten and what should not be. Diet is not about boiled food and no eating but it is about eating right. It should be right portion, right time and balancing the calories. The calories should always come from the food. The supplement have major role to play. One can have good food which will not have all the nutrition, therefore, supplements are required but should be taken on the advice of qualified nutritionist”.
